Usable on a phone tooThe interface works on mobile, not just on the office computer. You can upload photos and videos from your phone too.
Connected to what you already haveInvoicing, payment, email, CRM or the ERP system: we build on it, we don’t replace it.
Notifications, emailsThe app itself sends the confirmation, the reminder and the login link, from your sender address.
Log and undoImportant changes leave a trail, and what happened by mistake can be undone.

The ten-year-old nature photo competition ran on its own platform for the first time in 2026: 1,946 pictures, 247 entrants, 9 categories.
- Entry and image upload with a personal account, with the entry ticket verified.
- Public voting with an email address, and self-service image replacement for entrants.
- Organiser interface: filtering, search, export, managing the entries.
- Blind judging without names or metadata, a live final run from a phone, a projector view for the stage.

For the build, after the assessment, in writing. We write down what will be built and what won’t, and what it costs. It starts only after your yes. If a new need comes up along the way, you get a price for that up front too.

How long does it take?
The assessment takes about a week. After that we start with a clickable demo and build in stages, so the most important part is usable as early as possible. You get the exact schedule in writing after the assessment.
Why not off-the-shelf software?
If there is a ready-made tool that fits you well, we recommend it and connect it. We build something custom only when it makes your work simpler, not more complicated.
Can you connect it to our existing system?
Usually yes. In the assessment we look at what we can access and what the simplest route is.
We connect to your existing systems with read-only access by default, we write to them only with your approval, and anything that reaches the outside (sending email, payments, ads) starts only with your approval.
Who owns the data?
You do: your customer data and everything you record in the app. We ask for only as much access as the work needs.
