We start read-onlyBy default we connect to your existing systems with read-only access. We only write to them once you approve.
Invoicing and paymentOnline payment and an automatic invoice after the order. So far we have built, for example, Stripe and Számlázz.hu connections.
Price and stock from the supplierPrice and stock update by themselves from the supplier’s data feed. If the source is incomplete, or a price jumps suspiciously, it doesn’t overwrite anything but raises an alert.
ERPWe build on your existing ERP system: we read out what’s needed and take it where you can use it.
Customer records (CRM)Enquiries from forms and emails land in one place. If you have no CRM, we provide a self-hosted one, with a space of your own.
Barcodes and RFIDProduct identification with barcodes, stocktaking with an RFID reader. We help you choose the hardware too.
Monitoring and logIf a connection stops, we get the alert, not your customer. Every sync leaves a trail, so you can see afterwards what happened.

- Price and stock are refreshed from the supplier’s system every half hour.
- If the source is incomplete or a price jumps suspiciously, the sync doesn’t overwrite anything but raises an alert.
- The system calculates the sale price, with the lowest price of the previous 30 days as the EU rule requires.
An internal assistant that answers colleagues’ questions from the data in the group’s ERP system. It only reads, it never writes to it.

Do we have to replace our current system?
No. We build on what exists, and we replace only what you want to replace too. If a new system really is the better route, we write down why in the assessment.
Which systems can you work with?
If it has an API, a web service or exportable data, we can usually connect it. In the assessment we look at what we can access and what the simplest route is.
What can you access?
We connect to your existing systems with read-only access by default, we write to them only with your approval, and anything that reaches the outside (sending email, payments, ads) starts only with your approval.
What if the other system goes down or sends bad data?
The connection doesn’t overwrite good data with bad: if the source is incomplete or suspicious, it stops and raises an alert. The monitoring alerts us, and the fix is covered by the monthly fee.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Hosting, backup, updates, monitoring, and one hour of fixes or development per month. For a bigger request you get a fixed price up front, and it starts only after your yes.
