Will you take over a site that someone else built for us?
Yes. In the assessment we look at what runs on it, what the risks are, and what is worth putting in order. You get a price for that up front, in writing, and afterwards we run it just like our own.
What if the site goes down?
The monitoring alerts us, and your customer doesn’t have to tell you. The fix is covered by the monthly fee.
Do we need a cookie banner for analytics?
If we measure in the browser, yes: measurement starts only after the visitor consents, and until then nothing runs. We measure on our own EU server, we set no cookies, and we don’t pass the data to advertising companies.
Who owns the domain and the site?
You do. We register the domain in your name, or hand it over whenever you ask, and the content and your customer data are yours too.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Hosting, backup, updates, monitoring, and one hour of fixes or development per month. For a bigger request you get a fixed price up front, and it starts only after your yes.
