How long does it take?
The assessment takes about a week, the plan one to two weeks, the build two to six weeks, depending on the size of the site. We start with a clickable demo, so you see what is being made as we go.
Who edits the site?
You do. You get your own account for the admin area and update text, images and products without a developer. If you’d rather leave it to us, one hour of fixes or development per month is included in the operations fee.
Who owns the domain, the site and the accounts?
You do. We register the domain in your name, or hand it over whenever you ask, and the content and your customer data are yours too. We ask for only as much access as the work needs.
We connect to your existing systems with read-only access by default, we write to them only with your approval, and anything that reaches the outside (sending email, payments, ads) starts only with your approval.
We already have a site. Do we start from scratch?
Not necessarily. In the assessment we look at what works, what gets stuck and what is missing. If you need a new site, we move the content and redirect the old addresses to the new ones, so what has worked in search so far isn’t lost.
Do we need a cookie banner for analytics?
If we measure in the browser, yes: measurement starts only after the visitor consents, and until then nothing runs. We measure on our own EU server, we set no cookies, and we don’t pass the data to advertising companies. This site works the same way: you can change your choice at any time under “Cookie and analytics settings” in the footer.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Hosting, backup, updates, monitoring, and one hour of fixes or development per month. You don’t have to deal with hosting or server plans. For a bigger request you get a fixed price up front, and it starts only after your yes.
